Oversee the organization and hold its direction on course. Organize committees and help as needed for the ACWT to grow and succeed. Work with all officers and committees to help fulfill goals and duties. Maintain the congruency of the site and newsletter to uphold our mission statement. Interface with web designer and keep him on task and within budget. |

| Concentration is on building our membership and promoting our Association. |

Maintain the member database and send out all literature/emails/information as needed to membership. Prepare and send the new packets to new members. Take photos and minutes at the quarterly meetings and get to the President within the week to be posted on the site. Be responsible for gifts/raffles/sink-swim dog ratings. Work closely with the Newsletter committee to pull together a Newsletter quarterly for membership. |

Collect all mail and monies each week from the ACWT address. Process dues received, get relevant information to web person for proper directory listings and get information to Sandy for data base and member packets. Work with attorney on proper accounting and paperwork for our non profit 501c3 status, prepare accounting summaries as needed. Work with CPA at year end to complete taxes. Maintain the budget set by the President. |

Organize content and publish Newsletter. Work with President to get it on the website in a timely manner – work with Secretary to get it out to membership. |

Present at the meetings as we build our Ethics and Standards. Organize and oversee this process. Get announcements and materials out to membership via our Secretary. Write reports and relevant materials for the website as the ethics/standards are being developed. Work with the President to maintain congruency between ethics/standards and our industry mission. |

Maintain and police the forums. Set up new members and get to know how the forums work. Get ON the forums and encourage their useage. |

Politics and Legalities of the Profession Committee – USA: OPEN |
While we are not a legal organization, we do need to stay current on the legal waves in our industry for our entire country. Each state is different and this is an area of great concern and interest. It is an intention of the ACWT to secure our profession as a professional organization, clarifying the current laws so that we may practice within the laws. This committee will work toward providing relevant and current information for our website. |
